How do I change my password?

You can update your password at any time.

To do this, simply go to the "Settings" page and enter your new password in the "Password" field. To confirm, re-enter the password again in the field below that.

Your password must be at least 8 characters long. It must also contain a number.

Finally click "Update Settings" and your new password will then be saved.

How do I change my email address?

You can change the email address associated with your UKChalets account by going to the "Settings" page.

Enter your new email address then click "Update Settings" to save your changes.

You will need this email address to sign into UKChalets on future visits.

How do I update my personal details?

You can change your personal details, such as name and correspondance address by going to the "Settings" page.

On this screen you should edit any fields that need correcting, then click "Update Settings".

Please note: You can display seperate property contact details by updating your property details.

How do I change my notification settings?

You can decide what notifications you want us to send you, by updating the notification options on the "Settings" page.

Simply click the option to toggle it on/off, then click "Update Settings" to confirm your changes.
