The chalet has one double bedroom and sleeps 2 adults with a further double sofa-bed in the lounge area.  It is equipped with all modern amenities. The kitchen has a full size cooker, fridge and microwave.  Off the bedroom is the toilet and shower room. plus a separate utility/storage room.  Outside there are two patio areas, one being decked, with outstanding views of the Cornish coastline and sea.

Please be aware Cedar Park is situated on a steep gradient and therefore is unsuitable for less able people and wheelchair users.

The beach is approximately 5-10 minutes walk from the chalet. Cedar Park is set in a quiet, secluded location close to the coastal path. This is easily accessed directly from the site where you can relax and enjoy easy walks with panoramic views over Plymouth Sound and towards Cornwall.  For the more active walkers there are over thirty more rural footpaths in the immediate locality for you to discover.  Guests enjoy the peace and tranquility and appreciate the quality environment.

Bovisand and the Plymouth area appeal to visitors who love places with historical interest, so relax and be inspired, whether it’s golf, fishing, walking, water sports or just enjoying the simple things in life..

Cedar Park is only a short drive from the Mount Batten Centre - less than 2 miles away, where you can arrange almost any water sport including sailing and diving. From here it only takes 4 minutes by Water Taxi to the Barbican in Plymouth.  Boat trips around the Sound and up the River Tamar to the Naval Dockyards can also be arranged from the Barbican.  Within 1 mile of the chalet is Staddon Heights golf club with panoramic views of Plymouth Sound, open to non-residents.  If you enjoy riding, the nearest stables are at Wembury, 5 miles away.

Plymouth City centre by road is only six miles away.  Here you will find a wide variety of excellent tourist attractions including the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Pavilions with a fabulous leisure pool and ice rink and The Theatre Royal where regularly London West End Shows start their life.  If you are feeling adventurous, try the dry ski slope or toboggan run, which is open all year round.

The historical site of the Hoe should not be missed where Sir Francis Drake played his famous game of Bowls whilst the Spanish Armada approached, nor should the Barbican where you will find an assortment of cobbled streets with small rustic shops and fashionable restaurants - in this area you will also find the Plymouth Gin factory which arranges regular factory tours.

Booking Terms & Rules

The person making the booking must occupy the chalet and must not be not be under 18 years of age.  A set of keys is provided and is the full responsibility of the hirer.  

PARKING for one car is available in the private car park located at the top of the site (PLEASE PROVIDE CAR REG NUMBER ON FORM) there is no charge for parking.  Please adhere to the speed signs and park responsibly.  The security gate must be locked after arrival or departure of the car park.

The chalet is available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on the morning of departure, unless previously arranged. 

‘SEABROOKVIEW’ IS STRICTLY A NON SMOKING CHALET.   SORRY - NO PETS.

Please note : Prices advertised are based on 2 Adults sharing per week. Please contact us should you wish to add more people to your party. This will need to be agreed and booking price amended accordingly. Terms and conditions apply. 

INCLUSIVE IN PRICES ARE: Duvets, Pillows, Electricity, Water, Heating, Lighting and Parking.
